Is this common

Hi ladies, i am currently 23 weeks+ 6 days. I woke up this morning with diarrhea and it got worse throughout the day. I also haven’t felt baby move that much. I felt him move once. I know my placenta is in the front and low( i think they said covering my cervix) but i always feel him move all day long. I am going to call my Ob tomorrow but i was wondering if this happened to anyone else before? First pregnancy so im nervous about everything
