Skincare during pregnancy?!

Hey ladies, these hormones are doing a number on my skin! With my daughter I never had this issue, but I’ve been doing some research and they recommend to not use benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid during pregnancy along with some other acne fighting ingredients. I was wondering what skincare products you use during pregnancy, leaning more towards the all natural side! Thanks in advance 🤗

I absolutely love Moogoos skin care line! I've been using their cleansing method and moisturizer for a year now and just needed to purchase a second bottle of their moisturizer last week. I added in the tamanu oil this week as part of my nightly routine and so far have been loving that as well and also their deodorant. I used to have really bad breakouts after having my middle child and this really helped. They do have lines for non acne prone skin as well as for dry and combination as well.

I discovered African black soap and it has worked wonders for me I washed twice daily alternating that with Cetaphil daily facial cleanser and my skin has never been better. I have battled acne issues for many years but pregnancy seems to really flare it up

There really isn't any product other than retinoids that you shouldn't use in pregnancy. Any other product...
I would say use one product for a week and see how your skin reacts. If you have an adverse reaction, drop it for the duration of your pregnancy. If skin is fine, keep using it. That was my approach.

I was using oil free acne wash the target brand but it was too drying so I switched to aveeno gentle acne face wash. My skin has never been clearer 👍🏽

Honestly I use benzoyl peroxide a few times a week. Doctor has said nothing.
