What do I do

I’ve been with a guy for ten months.. I did nothing but care for him and love him.. and does nothing but fight with me, call me names, throws things, but it’s a constant,.. and I’m numb to everything I can’t even cry anymore.. our sex life has also gone way downhill it’s been four days, I don’t wanna talk to him about it Bc I’m afraid he’ll react by throwing things, calling me names etc.. I just don’t get it
