HELP!!!!

What is this CM? I’ve been having it for almost 3 months. I’ve been tested for STIs and everything came back clear.

The colour is yellowy/white

Definitely not pregnant, had a irregular bleed on 21st May two weeks after AF since then my stomach has been huge, keeps twitching, hard.
