What’s going on here?!?!

This is a question with 2 parts. 1: does he like me?? 2: do i like him??

1. Does he like me?

So I’ll start at the very beginning. We met back a few months ago and just talked regular and just got closer, the usual. We ended up getting each other on Snapchat, talked a lot, then traded phone numbers and texted literally every single day non stop. He told me EVERYTHING about him. I knew him better than anyone. We always had deep conversations. Then, it sort of slowed down and we still talked more than I talked to any of my other friends but not 24/7 more like 5/7 lol. We ended up getting in a big fight but then apologized after and we’re friends again. We became pretty darn close. We had this thing where I would tell him “I’m tired of standing” and he would ‘baby carry’ me for a bit. Like:

He would casually put his arm around me, stuff like that. One time in the heat of the moment we hugged each other and he was stroking my hair, but then we both realized what we were doing and pulled away. He always told me “i love you” but in a way where I don’t know if he was being serious!! We went to the movies once together, but that was because him and I were in a film festival movie together. He always bought me food when he went out for lunch, and stuff like that. He also always gave me compliments, like “Nice shirt” “you look like a model” “you have nice eyes” stuff like that. we were in a play together with a ballroom dancing scene and he always asked me to dance with him. He’s 2 years older than me and can drive and i can’t. I asked him to give me a ride home from school (we live really close) and he said yes (his friend said ‘only if u give him a ride 😉’ 🙄) and refused to drive my friend who was going to my house with me! All my friends tease me about our friendship. Oh, and last thing is that when we were filming our film festival movie he asked me ‘what i was doing tonight’ all the time and at one point he said ‘can i ask you a serious question’ and i said yes and he paused for a while and then said nevermimd.

So there’s that. The second part isn’t gonna be that long haha! It’s that I can’t stop thinking about him!! But maybe I just like the attention? Also Ivenever had a close guy friend before so maybe I’m just confused?? HELP!!
