What does braxton hicks feel like?

I'm 35 weeks and on my second pregnancy and I never had them with my first child so I have no idea what they feel like. I think I might be having them now but not sure, so what do they feel like?

Like an uncomfortable tightening, your stomach goes really hard but they aren't painful at all just uncomfortable. I didn't realise I was having braxton hicks for a while as I just thought it was the baby moving into an awkward position

I get a few everyday. I feel my uterus get really tight. And to the touch my belly is hard, a smidge of discomfort but over in seconds.

They are different for some women. 😕 some are painful some aren't.
