cell phone use while nursing

I recently read an article about how cell phone use while nursing hinders bonding with your little one, as you're looking at a phone and not baby. I often find myself in the phone while nursing, be it on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or on here. my question is, how is it any different from reading a book or watching TV while nursing? why should it be something that has to be done by itself and shouldn't multitask? I want other Mamma's opinions on this subject so please feel free to add your 2 cents.
