I need some actual advice

I’m 23 and haven’t really dated since I was in a 6yr relationship that ended the begging of last year.

December last year I started talking to someone, January we met.

So it’s been like 7 months now. After how long of seeing each other does it become something more, will it if it hasn’t?

He works away and is home every third week, I usually see him once or twice on that week he just comes over to my house then he leaves the next morning, haven’t meet each other’s family or friends but we talk daily, but not really about “us” and I just don’t know how to bring up what we are? Or what the heck we’re doing? It’s getting on my nerves 😂 I wanted to take things slow but I feel like this is on a whole other level.
