embarrassed and fat

I had a baby in January. I had PCOS pre-pregnancy, and weighed around 260 when I finally got pregnant. I started seeing an endocrinologist during pregnancy due to hypothyroidism developing. since I had my baby, I've lost 70 pounds. I am now 30 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight.

well I went back to my endocrinologist to check my thyroid again (I'm fine now for some reason), and she told me well now you can finally work on your weight because you're very obese. you have a BMI of 37. you need to lose about a hundred pounds.

(no mention of my weight loss, I honestly doubt she even knew- she's the kind of doctor who doesn't even know your name)

............

I was proud of myself for losing 70, granted most of that was baby weight. now I just feel fat and stupid for being proud of myself. thanks, doctor.

:(

that is all.
