Help?

Alright so two weeks ago I had my first gyn appointment and ironically got prescribed to go on the pill and after my appointment I ended up hooking up with my ex (not my finest hour but yeah that's neither here nor there) so I took a test yesterday and it came back negative and I also started my regiment for the pill as per instruction... I'd really like to be put at ease knowing I'm without a doubt not pregnant any advice would mean the world
