Liquid sitting behind my uterus? 🤔

I got this diagnose from a vaginal ultrasound back in May. She said it could've been from a popped cyst. Has anyone else ever had this diagnoses? 
I was having a pregnancy scare so wanted to see what was up and now my anxiety is like what if that was a sac?!! But they would probably be able to tell the difference with that I suppose. 
I have cramping outside of my menstrual cycle too.. could this be due to the liquid sitting behind there? She didn't give me much info. Felt very rushed

I had this. Everyone has it during it’s cycle. 
That sac it’s called Douglas pouch. 
During your cycle there can appear some liquid on the bottom in various quantities which will be absorbed later on. 
Also, a burst cyst can fill that sac or a larger follicle when leaving the ovary during ovulation. 
A large or abnormal quantity can indicate either appendicitis or the presence of pid - but the symptoms are distinct and both cases must be treated.
Regarding your pains: sharp pinches, some pressure - they are normal when you have liquid there, I asked my doctor about it. If they bother you or worsen go to a doctor.

I got this too. Yeah it caused some cramping but eventually got reabsorbed into my body. It was caused by a benign cyst on my ovary that had popped. No biggie

It’s normal, I get them too. Gives me the worst cramps ever 😒
