How to shave “down there”?

I know that you’re supposed to go with the grain, and all of the other basic tips, but I have two problems.

1. My parents only give me those cheap disposable razors and they won’t buy me shaving cream, even though my brother, who just started shaving yesterday, has an expensive razor and shaving cream. I have heard that you can use conditioner instead of shaving cream, but we don’t have conditioner because we don’t use it. (And there’s not a chance of my parents ever buying it, either)

2. Because of [1], I am very scared to shave the labia in fear of cutting myself. I have confidence for the first part, but I don’t understand how I’m supposed to fit something double the width of my labia down there.

My question is, how can I shave with such limited resources? Is it even possible? Keep in mind that my parents aren’t ever going to buy me better razors or buy me shaving cream and I’m not old enough to go to the store by myself.
