I like it a lot! I like how much is happening in his face, and I like that I’m seeing a picture of a dude tied up for once. My bf draws a lot of kink smut (a lot), but it’s all girls, so a dude is nice to see. But since you asked for advice, I asked him what he thought! Here’s what he had to say:
A lot of capturing sensuality, especially kink, revolves around defining a setting/story for the piece. What’s the context in which the above scene is happening? Is it a young man’s first foray into self bondage? Or is he being surprised with something new by a long time partner? Etc. 
The eroticism is in the story you’re trying to tell moreso than the image of some kinky thing.
My advice would be:
* Your lines are good!
* Experiment with different angles and perspectives to try and best convey the emotion of the scene. Is he at peace? Nervous? What’s the setting? Bedroom? Dungeon? Public? Who’s his partner? How’d he get here? Ask yourself questions about the story of the scene, and find ways to bake that story into your drawing.
That will result in an image that feels much more inherently erotic than ‘picture of man tied up’, although on a technical level you achieve the latter very nicely.
