possible early pregnancy symptom or ovulation?!?

I came off the implant in February and got pregnant straight away unfortunately this ended as it was ectopic :(. We having been trying to concieve again for around 3 months now. my periods are not regular so hard to track but this past few days I have had cramping but way too early for period my cycles are irregular but longer never short, my boobs have swollen and feel very heavy, the veins in my boobs are really visable and blue, my nipples seem darker and I have a stuffy nose and sticky vaginal discharge. could this be a sign of early pregnancy or ovulation?
