What helped you conceive better?

Second month of trying missed, trying find out what’s best. 
I am currently using bbt (with a non bbt thermo) and ovulation test (eBay cheapies) this month I got two rounds of positives second time was day 22. 
Trying so hard for baby number 2! 
My daughter just turned one. 
Partner has 0 sex drive and works nights so it’s super hard to do.

Did all that and failed. Stopped “trying” and stressing, and got pregnant 🤗

I was having sex about every other or every two days, tracking cervical mucus and placement, and I also had started maca root powder when I found out I was pregnant. BUT I also had a drink (which I rarely do to begin with) and started kind of ignoring that stuff, because I was getting tired of it after a couple months. I’m big on believing to let things happen and stop trying so hard. Stress doesn’t help you conceive.

Thanks ladies! I think I’m give up “trying” just have sex when I think it’s time and try a maca superfood smoothie everyday if I can :) fingers crossed it works
