YouTube bullies

I watch a family vlogging YouTuber who is going through a lot of life changes right now. I don’t necessarily agree with the choices but it’s not my life and everyone looks happy with what’s going on. I’ve come across a whole channel dedicated to calling her names like “skank” and “worthless.” I can’t believe someone would spend their time creating videos like that. I flagged the video as harassing someone else. I also flagged the channel but there was a pop up that said “only claims that are made by the one being harassed will be processed.” So what is the point of even having that option? I’m so upset. This is 100% bullying and action needs to be taken. Yet it is impossible for any change to be made. I feel bad for this young family. It’s truly disgusting and despicable.
