Soft, low, closed cervix with white creamy cm?

I've been on the pill for 2 months after my mc. My ob said it should help regulate me since I mc for 2 whole months. Haven't been tracking anything since my mc started. AF is supposed to show up any day but no signs. Checked my cervix this morning to see if she is going to show and it was low, soft and closed with white creamy cm. What does this mean? I know it's possible to get pregnant on the pill but I don't want to get my hopes up since I'm supposed to stay on the pill for another month before trying again. Someone please help, I don't want to take a hpt and get heart broken! I'd appreciate any advise at the is point!
