annoying little hemorrhoid

hi i’m 18, im not pregnant. never been pregnant. for a few years or so i’ve noticed i have a hemorrhoid and it’s so annoying- it’s not painful at all but like i’m trying to do doggy style with my man and apparently men can see your butthole during doggy style and i don’t want him seeing it so i wanna get rid of it!! i cant just go to a doctor though- anyways, i ordered this cream and it should be here by tuesday which is great but does anyone else have any tips on shrinking it / getting rid of it? i’ve used tea tree oil and witch hazel and it hasn’t rlly worked but i might have been using it wrong. any tips!? help my butthole pls
