Sleep all day and night

I have been sleeping all night and day the last 2 days. I had a glucose test Monday and I failed it and ever since then I can hardly stay awake. I’ll sleep thru the night and go to bed early wake up and then try and do things around the house and feel tired and go sleep all day. Yesterday I had a bad migraine. And fever. Is this normal. What can I do to get up and going. I drink a lot of water. And get out but just can’t stay awake. I’m 31 weeks pregnant. I also had diarrhea yesterday
