why is getting pregnant extra hard for Me

So im waiting on a referral to an endocrinologist to sort out a thyroid problem ive been given a prescription for 6months of hormonal injections but i cant start them until my thyroid is seen to so ive been ringing the endocrinologist office ecery few weeks leaving my details waiting on the appointment well i get told wecwill csll if we dont have your referral letter and we wont call if we do so 2weeks go by i hear nothing then i call and they just take my details cabt answer my questions yesterday evening i missedca call from them i rang back it rang out first thing this morning i called they said oh we had a cancellation but as u didn't answer you lost it and the next person was called we have a huge waiting list well i ate her head saying i didn't know what the call was about i missed 1 call and thats it tough luck i said why not send a letter or actext she said its not our protocol we just call i said i presumed i wouldn't receive a call adtee 5 when you close she just said she couldn't explain why the other reception called me so late and also never logged that id called before i just left my details again and hung up next thing they're calling me Again and i answer and theyre saying we never even got your referral letter let me call the clinic and ask whats happening and ill call you back well she never rang back so i called the clinic and she apologies lots saying the referral letter was left in my tray and never sent as it was forgotten to be signed by the doctor and was only sent on Wednesday it was 5weeks waiting in that tray they apologise lots and i just hang up angry and crying i waited all day on the endocrinologist to call back they never did now i could be waiting All over again ughhhhhhh Help me God
