Enlarged kidneys 😥

I’ll be 31 weeks tomorrow, I had my 4d ultrasound today and they said my little boys kidneys are enlarged.. this happened with my first son and he ended up being completely fine. With this one, my doctor is wanting me to get a level 2 at the high risk ultrasound doctor.. that’s what is scaring me. I didn’t have to do this with my first son so it makes me think something worse is going on.. anyone have this issue? I’m trying not to worry, but when it comes to your babies it’s hard not to! 😭
