Am I a bad friend or is he?

So I’ve been friend with this guy for about two years now. He was kind of a dick at first then mellowed out and we became good friends. Recently he’s been being a dick in my opinion. Such as every time he come over to the house the first thing he does is go to my kitchen and start eating my food. And I don’t mean like snacking on small things I mean he actually will make a sandwich and all sorts of other things. I’ve told him multiple time that he can’t just go into my kitchen and start eating everything like I’m not a soup kitchen. Most of my food in my house is for my fiancé’s lunch or for my in home daycare and that money I can’t get back. Then he always suggest we go out and all the things he suggests cost some $$$ and I can’t afford this due to just buying a second house and renovating the 1st house to rent it out. Then new house just got a new roof and I just don’t have much money. So I always suggest doing something that is free and local which he get upset about. So this weekend is his birthday and he wants to go out to some fancy restaurant then go to a wine bar and then go to the bar. To which my reply was that sounds like fun but I can’t afford that but if you want to bring a cheap bottle of wine over I can cook you a dinner and a cake then we can go to the bar (I only drink water). He says ok we can do that. So then yesterday he came to hang out just because and the first thing he does is go to my kitchen and raids it which I told him that’s not ok. Then he wants to go get the wine so I said sure I will go with you. We get to the check out he buys a root beer and candy and then looks at me and says I’m not buying the wine because I thought you were. So I look at him with a wth look. I buy it knowing I didn’t have money for it. We get to his truck and he says I want to go to the wine bar for my birthday again. So I was like that’s cool I can’t afford it I will stay at the house until you decide to go to the bar. He get upset and was you should come. I said I’ll come but I can afford to get anything and I just bought this bottle of wine. Then we get back to my house and he tells me he is renting a mustang for his birthday and he is buying concert tickets and wants me to go to the concert in September. I said I can’t I don’t have money and it’s on a Monday and I have to work the next day which I’m up at 6 am and work 11hrs with no break so I’m not going. He was like how are you so broke and then he always says he’s broke but is spending his money like crazy and then expects me to feed him and afford all the things he wants to do. So I am drinking the bottle of wine now because screw it if he wants to go to the wine bar I’m drinking this wine now. Sorry this was super long kinda need to vent.
