Has anyone ever had cramps with a yeast infection?

I had sex a couple days ago and he finished inside of me. Ever since Wednesday night which was the night after sex I’ve been having symptoms of a yeast infection. Intense itching and irritation inside of my vagina, external itching and when i checked my CM there isn’t much but it’s definitely white and got small string like clumps in it. No odour to it. I also had lower back pain last night. Definitely sounds like a yeast infection right? Has anyone ever had cramps from a yeast infection?
