Is it rude to order a drink like this from Starbucks?

Saw this on Instagram. Read comments. Don’t have time to blur out all usernames so here is the gist. Sorry about poll options, have limited space.
Lots of debate going on about how ordering a drink like this would be unfair and rude to baristas as it would be extremely time consuming, set the line back, would most likely be ordered during an already stressful time for baristas (think morning rush), etc and many people agreed that ordering this drink would be rude and an inconvenience to everyone else in the line. A few baristas said they’d spit in it, obviously that’s not appropriate but many felt that strongly about it. Some also said they’d be pissed if they stood in line behind the person who ordered this.
Some however said they’d be ok with it if it was ordered online that way it could be prepared in advance and be ready for the customer without holding up the line, but some said they still thought it was a ridiculous drink to ask a barista to make with all of the modifications.
Others said it’d be ok to order it if the person tipped the barista, while others said it would be ok to order this without a tip because it is the barista’s job to make what is ordered in a timely manner regardless of how ridiculous it may seem.
Now, several questions besides the main poll (answer any or all):
Is there such a thing as too many modifications? Should stores be able to limit the number of drink or food modifications for an order?
What’s your opinion of someone ordering this drink?
Would you ever order something like this?
A lot of people are saying they’re going to order this for meme purposes— is that ok in the name of “fun” or is it a waste of time and rude?
If you were a barista and this was ordered during a busy hour, how would you handle it?
