ANY HELP is APPRECIATED: Cramping, bleeding, and lots of pressure

I went to my GYN yesterday, just a yearly. After she did the pelvic I was really sore. She had to really reach to find the strings. She did and said everything looks good. Since I have had a lot of cramping. It’s getting worse and worse as time goes on. I started bleeding this afternoon out of no where. And now I’m feeling a lot of pressure in my pelvic region. I’m really nauseous too.

Is this a normal reaction form having a pelvic? It didn’t hurt or anything until a while after. Also the bleeding is getting worse. It stated as just a little spotting and then I had like a fish of clots come out in the shower. It has slowed a little since then. But that was about an hour ago. Maybe I’m going insane but I have felt this bad in a long time.
