How do I get my cervix to start dilating!?

Question

So Doc says my cervix is only 1cm dilated, still thick and high up😩. 
I can’t have sex because EVERY time I have sex I get a yeast infection😭. 
I have a birth ball that I’m bouncing on (even right now lol) 
Walking is kinda hard to do because of foot swelling but I’m doing as much as I can. 
Any other things I could try??

baby will come when ready. I know it's hard to wait but you'll wish you could go back and have more time once they're born.  you'll miss little things you didn't even realize. but if you try to force it,  it most likely won't work. baby knows when it's time. I was 4 day's overdue and still was only 3 cm. I stayed 1cm before that for the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy. the only reason I had my baby 4 days overdue was because I had to be induced due to complications.

I have 2 young kids and I’m pregnant with my 3rd and I went past my due date with my son and with my daughter I was right on time! But nothing really worked! With this baby I’m just going to assume baby will come when ready haha I know way easier said than done! I’m 16 weeks and know by the end I’ll be impatient! Sex didn’t help me either and I get UTIs easily so I feel your pain! Good luck momma!! I found my second baby came much quicker and I dilated much faster naturally!
