Pulled groin muscle???
Earlier this evening I was putting on pants to go out for dinner with my husband and something I did (not sure what) hurt very bad! Almost like I pulled a muscle in my groin/lower stomach area...now I am I an imense amount of pain 😭 I hurts to walk and sitting down. It feels ok to lay down unless I have to change positions...how do I make the pain go away?!?! Should I go get checked out just to be sure I didn't do any serious damage?!?! Baby is still moving around just fine, I'm just in a lot of pain and don't know how to make it go away! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
