How to stay calm during first trimester?
I used to be a heavy weed smoker which helped with stress, anxiety , when I’d cry ect.
But I’m pregnant with my rainbow and it’s so frowned upon to smoke while pregnant (I personally feel it won’t cause negative effects) but regardless, I don’t use marijuana like I used to. And it takes a toll on me when I’m having crying fits and don’t know how to calm down. I’ve been crying for hours. And I have NOBODY to vent to. I tried , got ignored.
I’m completely alone and I just don’t know how to stay level headed and usually I wouldn’t care but I know I need to stay calm for the baby.
Please give me some tips that’ll work for right now at 2:37AM.
I can’t take this sadness anymore.
