Still don’t know if I am pregnant

So for the past 3 days I been using ic test and been getting very faint lines that have so slightly stronger and also yesterday’s got two positive Sainsburys test but a negative yesterday at the doctors .

This is so stressful that I need to wait and see if my period arrives on Tuesday as the nurse agreed with me that my Sainsburys ones were postive but unfortunately I was probably too early one so their test might not pick up. Anyone else had this problem
