11 dpo and spotting with leg cramp

i am 11 dpo and tested negative today but i have right leg cramp from yesyerday and mild abdomen cramp.i am 3 days away my periods and i just noticed a little spotting on my tissue..i dont know whats happening to my body as my AF is still 3 days away
