21 and still growing?

I'm 21 and recently noticed my boobs being super tender. My nipples have been too but I have clogged glands and have to figure that one on my own. But i noticed my boobs have gotten bigger slightly. I know breasts can grow well into a womans 20s but should I get it checked out in case of something else? Can you comfort me with your stories of growing boobs in adulthood?

Let me tell you I was flat chested no hips no bum nothing -  until I was 22 then out of no where I gained a bit of weight and now I have DDs and hips and a butt.  If you’re reallllly worried just go to the doctor so they can confirm your feelings .

Could u be pregnant? I’m sure there could be other reasons but in my first month of pregnancy my nipples were so sore and sensitive TMI lol.
