Need advice

I’m 18 and I’ve never done anything with a guy, but I’ve been talking to one guy for almost two months now and for the first time in my life I know that someone is really truly attracted to me. Aside from sexting, the only thing I’ve done is touch his thigh and I may have (keep in mind I’ve never touched a d*** so I have no idea what I was supposed to be feeling for) touched him through his pants but I panicked and moved my hand away, but he turned his head and stared at me for a little bit after, so I’m pretty sure I did. I feel bad because he’s touched me through my pants and I haven’t returned the favor, but I don’t know how and I also don’t know what to expect because I’ve never seen his d*** either. Also, he’s always wearing jeans which makes it even more difficult to figure out what I’m doing down there.... someone please help
