Spotting 17 weeks pregnant

Spotting bright red 17 weeks pregnant have cervical erosion but still concerned something is wrong, I'm sick with a sore throat and stuffy nose, swollen tonsils. Haven't taken anything besides one paracetamol and a little bit of throat spray both taken separately. I felt baby move today in the morning then went to the toilet and did a poo because i was constipated almost and then the spotting seemed to slow down but still a bit there. Should I be worried or wait for it to stop? I did wake up with a sharp pain in abdominal when I moved but peed and it went so I think that was just the pressure. No pain besides that . Anyone else experience anything like this?

Update: spotting pretty much gone and can feel baby move lots. Think it was just my cervical erosion
