Tattoo question

So, my best friend/ sister passed away with no warning July 4th, 2017.. the worst day of my life was getting the phone call and knowing my sister will never be there to be my maid of honor or my child’s godmother or hold my hand through labor or anything that we had talked about since we were kids (she was my neighbor and she was born a summer ahead of me so she was in the hospital when I was born) anyways I want to get a tattoo for her. I have the design and everything but I don’t know the placement. I am thinking about the forearm or thigh but I’m leaning towards the forearm. What do you guys think? I’m getting it done this weekend ♥️
