pregnant so quickly?

So I had a missed miscarriage a month ago.. hcg was dropping rapidly not slowly (it went from 3900 to 400 in two days this was 3 weeks ago) . And I showed negative on a cheap test last week. 
I took a FRER this morning with FMU and it was a faint positive... me and hubby having sex a lot since miscarriage cus let’s face it my sex drive was back and I didn’t want to wait.
But im just confused to think is this still old HCG in me or a new pregnancy so quickly !

It could be a new pregnancy I had a chemical pregnancy last trial and I tracked an ovulation right after Hopefully.

So I had my miscarriage on July 18 ,2018 and I haven’t had my period. Unprotected sex on August 5 , 2018 .I took a pregnancy test today and faint line is there definitely along with bloating feeling tired constipation  the symptoms I had before my miscarriage cause after my miscarriage those symptoms were gone right away and now it’s like there coming back have a a lot of unprotected sex but one or two times for sure my husband came in me. Sammmeee boat I’m so confused over here
