New to this a little about me !

I want to tell my story . All i wanted was a strong, happy, stable family. My fiancé and i decided to start that family. On February 14th 2017 I took 4 pregnancy tests and found out i was pregnant. I made a doctors appointment to get a blood test done and it was confirmed I WAS PREGNANT!!! I was scared but also very excited. I went for a doctors appointment to hear the heart beat of my baby to find out not only did i have one baby but i had two. I was so scared to hear that i had twins growing inside of me but i calmed down listening to the fetuses heartbeats. I cant even express the joy i had. For about 5 months i went through all the morning sickness, all the weird cravings , back pain and more. On the morning of August 23rd 2017 i went to work and i kept getting a feeling something was wrong but everyone kept saying nothing was wrong because i had went to a ultrasound appointment that day before and everything was fine. About 2 hours later i felt the worst pain of my life. I felt a liquid substance running down my legs i knew what was happening but couldnt process it until i looked at all my co workers starring at me, some even crying because they knew what was happening. I looked down and seen my pants was drenched in blood. That day i had to go through 10 hrs of labor give birth to my two lifeless twins at 6 months in the pregnancy. I never had so much pain. Now my fiancé and i are no longer engaged we are happily married and are trying again for that family we wanted.
