Child support agreement meeting

So I called to get the child support meeting rescheduled me and the father of my child agreed “I called last week”. Well yesterday I called to see if they have rescheduled it yet and that haven’t and I told them on the phone he was going to Dominican Republic and he will be back on the 22nd or 23rd and the lady on the phone said “let me write that in my notes and send it” I called again today and I just got off the phone with a women and turns out they are not going to reschedule it anymore there gonna leave it like it is. I’m assuming there not changing it maybe because I told them he is going out of the country ? And I have no way to contact him and tell him cause he left today and won’t be back until the 22nd.
