Fussy baby help!?

My little one is 3 weeks old today. Since last night, it doesn’t matter if we had just fed her & burped her or changed her, she keeps crying her little heart out. I looked up the symptoms for colic, but she doesn’t have any of them. She’ll stop crying once she’s picked up and held.

Should I contact her doctor just to make sure she doesn’t have colic? Or is she going to cry for no reason because she’s not being held when she wants to be?

We’re trying to keep her from being constantly held by people since she’s small and we don’t want her body to be sore from being constantly held.
