First cold

I think my daughter has her first cold. She is also getting two molars on top of it. For a week now her nose has been so congested and full of junk but also snotty/runny sometimes too. Last night she started having a cough only when she’s sleeping. How long does a cold normally take to run its course? I just feel like she should be over it by now. She has never ran a fever with it and honestly doesn’t act that sick. She has been a little grouchier than usual but that could be the teeth.
