Right abdomen pain

Since 230 am I have had this sharp right side pain almost right under my belly. It was so bad it hurt to even cry and if I breathed the wrong way it hurt too. I did pass some gas but that was all and still hurt my husband woke up with me and got me my Tylenol and it seemed to help enough to go back to bed. Being up at 445 now for Work it still hurts even when I’m walking it hurts. I have to go to work soon and will try to work I wonder if this is a pain from

Sleeping wrong or moving and pulling something cause this happened before same spot but the pain went away within a minute
