Sleeping on left side.
So I’ve been told and read what this side sleeping thing is and done so with my first but this time I’m only comfortable on my right side at all times. I’m only 23 weeks in and started sleeping on sides few days back and noticed that whenever I’m on my left I feel like I’m being suffocated like I need to on purposely breathe deep or I catch myself dizzy or not breathing enough to when I sit up my chest hurt from gasping air in. This doesn’t happen when on my right and baby moves way more. Is this something common or mention to the doc ? With my first I could sleep on both sides even at 38 weeks. When I’m not pregnant I don’t have trouble breathing or sleeping. And I’m not running out of breath yet when I walk or talk. It’s only when I lay on my left. Anyone else ????
