Do you think my friend is shitty?

So I have a friend who is pregnant and her cousin in law is also pregnant. Let me give some back story, my friend has had 2 miscarriages, the cousin has had a baby pass away 4 hours after being born. When the friend had her miscarriages (after the baby had died) the cousin tried every way to tell the friend she did NOT miscarry and that the baby wasn't really there and it was a phantom pregnancy with both miscarriages, said friend was very upset. Well recently the cousin found out her uterus is measuring 10 weeks but the baby is measuring 4 weeks behind (6 weeks) the doctor also could not see the baby's heartbeat and said there was an empty sac, they went to the OBGYN and they said the baby was there BUT the only heartbeat they could find sounded like the cousins. My friend came to me expressing that she didn't feel bad at all that the friend was miscarrying (more than likely) after that I cut off contact with her because I feel she is in the wrong. Am I over exaggerating?
