I’m EBF and have so much diarrhea for the last 2 days . What can I take that won’t affect my baby she’s 8 months . Can I take immodium?

Do forget to stay hydrated. That’s what my mom is always telling me. Lol. 
But seriously Gatorade or another electrolyte drink seem to help. And maybe eat some bananas too? Couldn’t hurt. (Unless you’re allergic...🤔)

I take Tums.  My doctor said to limit it to 4 of the ultra strength in 24 hours

Usually you can take a low amount of Imodium but not pepto. However usually it goes away on its own and you can use the BRAT diet to help- bananas, rice, apples, toast!! Helps kind of clog the pipes haha
