Going crazy?!

Hi guys! So I have a drs apt on the 20th, but I thought I'd ask you ladies if anyone has had similar experiences or questions.

So first off my Dr changed my birth control and I've only been on it for a month, suppose to start my period next week. I've always been terrible about taking the pill around the same time every day...

The past couple weeks or so I've been having crazy mood swings (my bf thinks I hate him today) I'm short with everyone, and irritated. It's not all the time. One day I'll be fine and happy and great. The next day I'm irritated as shit and everything my bf says is annoying as hell. Next my boobs/nipples hurt so bad. Bad enough that showering facing the water hurts. My nipples seem swollen. Boobs just feel heavy and tender. A couple days ago I went pee and when I wiped I had a spot of blood. Nothing crazy at all and that one wipe, it went away.

I've been breaking out as well with cystic acne (which I never get). I have a history of headache/migraine and those have come back. And my sex drive is gone. I use to want it more then my bf, but now I could go weeks without and be fine. I've taken a pregnancy test just for giggles, it came back negative.. But I can't help but think that it's not just my birth control that's throwing me off so bad.

I hate that my bf thinks I hate him and I'm trying not to get irritated so easily. Do you guys think there's a possibility of being pregnant but still too early to get a positive? Or should I just believe it is my birth control?
