Keto?? 15 pounds?
Hey y’all! So I wanna lose about 15-18 pounds. I currently weigh 163, I’m only 5”4 so I’d say my body type is curvy. I’m wondering if keto is a good diet for me? I don’t really like vigorous exercise. In the past I’ve tried calorie counting, I lost a few pounds but in the end it was to stressful. My other question is I really don’t wanna lose more then 20 Pounds so how do I make sure I don’t lose more without gaining some back? My last question is how long is it gonna take me to get to my goal? Picture of my body Incase it’s important.
