ISO Cute Anniversary Ideas??

So my So's and my 1yr next month, I've already gotten him a few items, some shirts for a game he likes to play, a new mouse for his computer, and a new mousepad

I know I wanna do something a bit more special but I have no idea, in past relationships I never really got to do anything nice or special for anniversaries because my ex always wanted to just hang out with me and his friends

But my bf works really hard as a sushi chef and is really good to me

I just wanna treat this man and let him know I appreciate him and everything he's done

Help a girl out??

He's 23 I'm 20, so not like we can go out drinking or anything just yet

EDIT; he works around 50-60hrs a week and luckily our anniversary falls on his day off

We normally sit around the house on his days off so he can catch up on playing his game

I want to cook dinner but I have no idea what to make

I usually cook basic meals but if you guys have any good ideas or reciples lmk!!
