Follicle count, egg reserve and quality, can your body hold a prganancy. Then there’s the other half, your partner, his sperm quality. Depending on your situation we don’t have an answer on how you can get pregnant because everyone is dealing with something different. What I’m saying is go see a specialist get those questions answered first and then proceed. It has made a wold of a difference for me. I have been ttc blindly. Which included a transvaginal sound and consultation with the doctor. Came up with a plan from my trans vage results.
