Anyone had dizziness or nearly fainted??

Hi. I had a funny turn this morning. I had just finished on the toilet. Then started to feel odd, clammy then very sweaty. I then felt really heavy and like was going to pass out! I just managed to get to the bed and lay on my side. It eventually passed. But wasn’t pleasant. Anyone else had this? Am 22½ weeks. I have read dizziness can be a number of things. I managed a walk in fresh air today but still quiet tired. Feel like I’ve ‘popped’ too so maybe it’s also a growth spurt and hormone surge?! Will call midwife if continues. X
