Don’t know what to do..

A friend of mine found my boyfriend on tinder 6 months ago. We’ve have been struggling ever since. I struggle with do I stay or do I go?! He says he downloaded the app because of his own insecurities about me leaving him. So last month ( the same friend) found him yet again. When confronted, he said he downloaded the app again, but immediately deleted it. I do not understand why this is a thing he continues to do! I made the decision to move out, the process is a little slow moving. Currently still living together, and I don’t know if I’m making the right decision or not
