If someone trusts you with the story of your loss it is not gossip it is their news to share not yours. A family friend of mine suffered a miscarriage and she told my sister and I! I have 2 rainbow babies myself so I needed to be ready to share my news with people so when she told us and asked me not to say anything I understood and I listened. My sister took it upon herself self to tell people. It was not her news.
